Report Post Plugin

I have looked and Looked and Looked for a plugin that would allow me to add a link where people could report a problem with a post but I couldn’t find anything or at least anything that worked. SO, I contacted a developer Milan Petrovic who developed the awesome GD Star Rating Plug-in and I asked him to develop a ‘Report Post’ plugin for me at my own expense, which he did.
