Hello – I was charged $30 on my paypal account for this service. This was a one-time purchase for a client and I did not authorize these charges. I would like the fee refunded and my account with you closed. There is NO way to contact your company other than support forums which is very concerning.

Hi,

I also just got a charge to my credit card for 59.00 from WordPress.com WPCHRG.COM CA – Can I please either have an explanation for this charge or a refund? I never approved this & it’s on a clients card. I need this resolved immediately.

The plugin you purchased is an annual payment which pays for updates.
