    Thanks for your question. The plain text editing support for fields like Description is the normal/expected operation of MLA and the WordPress Media Manager Modal (popup) Window. In fact, WordPress manages the Description field in the Media Manager Window.

    I regret that I have no plans at this time to add any Visual Editor capability to the Quick Edit, Bulk Edit or the Media/Add New Bulk Edit areas.

    I am marking this topic resolved simply because I have answered the question. I regret that the news is not better, but thank you for your understanding.
