Making Page Tabs Point To External Link

    I am using the Fusion 2.5 Theme and my blog is located at http://www.blog.businesswithgreg.com

    In other themes I was able to edit the code and make the tab point to an external link. I have searched all files in the theme template and the main folder of wordpress and cannot find the links.

    I searched using the phrase “Message Board” and for one of the links found in my source code:
    <li class="page_item page-item-110"><a href="http://www.blog.businesswithgreg.com/apply-online/" title="Apply Online">

    In the past when I could find the code I could edit it to something like this:
    <li class="page_item page-item-110"><a href="http://www.businesswithgreg.com/secure-online-mortgage-application.html" title="Apply Online">

    Where in the world is it at? Usually it is in the template’s header.php or how do I accomplish this?
