Hi, I don’t know anything, please help.

I successfully activated master slider and it kind of works, however (in addition to having trouble with the slider not loading and instead displaying an endless loading symbol, which has been discussed elsewhere on the internet, and to which I still haven’t found a solution, except that I can get the slider to load by randomly messing with settings) the plugin seems to have broken the customize feature of wordpress – the customize/live preview will not load and just displays a loading symbol. I can “fix” the problem by renaming the master slider plugin folder on my server, but I’d really like to be able to USE the plugin since it is so pretty!!! Help is appreciated,

    Hi,

Please first deactivate all of your plugin but Master Slider and see the issue is resolved or not. Also try to change your active theme to a default WordPress theme. This can help to find issue.

    Let us know the results.

    Thanks for the quick response.

When I deactivate all plugins while still using the customizr theme, it does not fix the problem. When I activate the twenty ten theme, whether with plugins activated or deactivated, it resolves the problem with customizer not loading and I can see the master slider in the live preview, however the master slider is not visible at all on the website in either internet explorer or chrome.

Hi, FYI this turned out to be an issue with PHP memory, not with Master Slider at all… It’s been resolved.

    Learning!
    Thanks for your help,
