I updated and now I can’t see the products in the shop. All the setting are there and correct. Please HELP. I sent out thousands of email for our annual year end sale and our shop has nothing in it. It was fine and then when I updated it It was all gone. I have contacted Bluehost who tried everything, but can no longer help.

  • I would first increase the memory limit to 64, or better to 128. It says as much in the your status report. 40 doesn’t seem much for a commercial theme and all those plugins.

If the problem persists, deactivate all other plugins. If the problem resolves you will know you have a plugin conflict. Reactivate one-by-one and test to try to identify which one is causing the problem.

If the problem still does not resolve, try the default theme. If the problem resolves now, it points to it being a theme issue, and you should approach your theme vendor’s support service.

Try to re-setting the shop base template.

    1. Login to your site admin area
    2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display
    3. In the dropdown setting that says “Shop Page”, select your page
    4. Save changes

    I hope it helps.

Thanks Lorro, I contacted Bluehost and they have since fixed the problem. They have gone through all the plugins as well and no solution.

Thanks Kharis, those settings are the first things I have looked at.

    Anyone else have a suggestion?

I noticed your products still exist.

I guess there is product loop issue in product archive caused by theme and/or plugins.

As Lorro has said already, try to temporarily switch to the default WordPress theme. If it didn’t help, try to deactivate other plugins.

Tmama your site is inaccessible/password protected right now?

Amongst the suggestions above, also go to Settings > Permalinks and save. Sometimes plugins can break rewrite rules and this will clear them.

For anyone reading, this was broken by a page builder plugin. Resolved.
