    Hey Alex,

    Would it be possible to submit a support ticket here which includes your System Info from the plugin’s ‘Support’ tab (which is on the plugin’s Settings page) and also the exact shortcode that you’re using to display the feed? That way we can see the settings you’re using and figure out what the problem is.

    Please also include a reference/link to this thread so that we know what it’s in reference to.
