Hello,

i’m using WPTouch Pro plugin and although the Collapse-o-matic is functioning properly on the desktop version of the site but on the mobile version i only see this shortcode text snippet.

sounds like your WPTouch Pro plugin is not processing shortcodes…
a link to your page would be helpful.

I have disabled the wptouch plugin and it fixed the issue
