Do you know what actions those should have been?
This plugin has been written and tested specifically for multisite environments, so multisite alone should not be the problem, though it does not currently record activity for any network actions. (In a future release they will likely be saved to the root site of the network with a specific status that only network admins can view.)

Oh, that’s weird, I just assumed it was because of the multisite environment.
I was just changing and creating regular posts, nothing fancy. Im not seeing any weirdness in the logs either. Anything I can look for to help find the cause?

having the same issue also on multisite, session record as a series of 0s. Stuff such as log in or log out actions not recording, just blanks against each listed activity. I only have the admin user (not being) recorded at the moment.
Sorry, another quick update. Installed the plugin on a fresh WP install, this time single site, and Im getting the same behaviour.
