I updated to WP eCommerce Version 3.11.0 and when I did the whole site now give this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/58/7955858/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce-old-super/wpsc-components/merchant-core-v3/gateways/amazon-payments.php on line 843

We are not using Amazon payments.

I’ve renamed the plugin folder so the site now loads, but what can I do to fix this error? Thanks so much for your help!

    Hi robpgreer

Sounds like your server is running a really old version of PHP (something less than 5.3). I’d highly recommend asking your hosting company to update the PHP version.

We’ll have a 3.11.1 version coming out shortly to fix this. In the meantime, you can either rollback to the 3.10.1 version, or you can download the latest version from Github (https://github.com/wp-e-commerce/WP-e-Commerce/archive/master.zip), as that has fixes that will be deployed in 3.11.1

    Hope that all helps!
