    Loco Translate does not send or store anything outside of your own WordPress site.

    And if I want to provide my translation to others? What must I do?

    The plugin doesn’t [yet] have any collaboration features. To share your work, just email them your translation files.

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    It is only one file? And an other person can upload it with FTP to translate his website?

    Yes. WordPress just needs the MO files to load translations, but the person you send the files to will need to know what to do with them. Help with managing files outside of my plugin is beyond the support I can provide here.
