Images Showing up as boxes with URL link only in posts

    After a hack/virus last week I was required to disable all my plugins and restore my site using a back up.

    After the restore about 95% of my images are not showing my my posts. The images are all still in media library but not loading into each post. They only show a box with the image URL.

    I have started to reload them individually but this is incredibly time consuming.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this would be amazing!
