Contact buttons in footer acting strange in mobile

Hey guys, fairly new to wordpress here and have been trying to set up a site with some custom elements (hrpr.lodestarmg.com). In the footer on this theme I have, there were 2 default fields of the phone number and the email that you can see at the bottom. I added an additional field of the “Book a Reservation Online” in the options.php and then called it in the static-contacts.php to do what it does now.

Now I probably didn’t do all the correct steps or missed something somewhere so hopefully you can help me out, but the problem is that it stacks strangely below the email when it is in the mobile version. The “Title” and “phone” elements seem to have their own span in mobile but the email and my newly created “register” contact field seem a bit off.

Anyone know what’s going on or what I missed?
