Creates hundreds of pages=bad for seo

    I installed this plugin and it was easy to use and style, I was pleased… however, when I generated a sitemap it came back with over 500 pages of empty content. This calendar creates pages for every month and year to who knows when. I had to delete it because I couldn’t have so much bloat for essentially just 1 page. Maybe you can fix this in the future.

    Could the author of this plugin please reply to this? Is this true? Are you generating a page for every day of the year? I can not believe this, the user must have done something else. Please describe how your calendar works, thanks!

    This is not true; the plugin creates no pages within the WordPress ecosystem

    The above user may be confusing the ability to switch months (URL looks like (calendar_page_url/?yr=2015&month=nov), but this is not an actual page, merely pagination (just like your blog home page allows you to view page 1,2…n). If some SEO plugin is denoting such URLs as pages, it’s this plugin that is wrong – google or other search engines will not see the plugin as such.
