    Also, no matter what text I add for “Search Text” and/or “Price Text”, when I select “Both” if gives me the following on the front-end:

    “For Sale POA
    For Lease €0 P.A.”

    You need to enter a price for searching. Then in the Price Text enter your text. That should solve it
