I just noticed that it works fine when I use Firefox but not when I use Internet Explorer 11. Is there a way to get it working with IE11?

It definitely works on all browsers (I have tested it myself on two of my sites).

    What shortcode are you using?

I only activated the plug-in as a widget in the sidebar. I did not write any shortcode.

@bengt do you still need help with your issue?

Yes, that would be great! It works fine in Firefox, but not with Internet Explorer 11. I do not understand why…

Hi, I carried out a test using one of my testing sites. The PayPal button works in all the following browsers.

    • Google Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Internet Explorer 11
    • Microsoft Edge

I found something odd in your site. When I tested Internet Explorer 11, when I move the mouse over the PayPal button the URL link shows http:// but on my testing site using the same browser the URL link shows https://.

In your site the s is missing. I am not sure if that is causing your issue or not.

Do you have any other PayPal payment plugins in your site? If not you might want to test a different theme. One of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen.

    Thank you for your help!

Odd with the missing s in http. I did not find where to change the URL link.

I have the same plug-in in a footer on different page on my site, but that behaves the same.

I also have a test site, that I have not used for a long while, with theme Sparkling. There it worked fine in IE 11! And the URL link showed as https://. Huum…

Perhaps you might have to carry out some test in your testing site. Something on your live site is causing this issue.

Is the theme used in your testing site and your live site the same? Do you have the same amount of plugins in both the testing site and the live site?

Yes, it might be an idea. The themes are different and I have more plug-ins on the live site, since it was a while since I used the test site.
