Completed Form not sending

    Hi. My form is not sending the csv file to the admin email address.

    The person who filled out the form IS receiving their confirmation email.
    I am thinking there is a problem with the settings, because:
    When I look at the main form window, I see my form BUT right BELOW the word “Entries” is the word “Disabled” and then below the word disabled is the count of the number of entries.

    I have enabled the “Mailer” and put in a valid email address in the RECIPIENTS box.

    But NOTHING is being sent out.
    Please help. Thank you.
