Customizer Not working/adding signups to unwanted pages

    I just purchased the customizer to add a Mailchimp sign up form to the footer of our website.

    The widget in the footer does not appear correctly on some pages of our site. It also doesn’t appear correctly on some web browsers.

    It also automatically adds a giant sign up form in the body of some of our pages. I did not copy any short code to any of the pages. Just trying to have it in the footer of our website.

    The displayed text is in gray but when you type it is all white and you can’t read it. Then when you click to the next box it it turns gray again…

    Finally there is a weird boarder around the submit button that we don’t want there.

    Please help!

    Hi Tyler,

    Feel free to drop us a line using the support form on the support page. Once you enter the license key on the settings page, you should then see a priority support form appear on the support page.

    That will get you entered into our support ticketing system for faster response times. We can also discuss some things in a private setting as opposed to the public forums here.

    Also, in the receipt email you got when you bought the add-on, there is a support email address listed there. If you send a message to that email address a premium support ticket will be automatically created and we’ll be able to help you ASAP.
