    Hi mosesnoah,

    So you are wanting to ensure that non-German viewers can see Woocommerce emails in English. Is this correct?

    Woocommerce allows the customization of their files, by copying their folder structure into your theme folder. So for emails I think you would add a folder structure like this:

    http://example.com/wp-content/themes/your-theme/woocommerce/emails/file.php

    So then we would need to add a condition that detects whether users are German or non-German viewers, and then write the email in English or German. That’s it!
