Carousel on Homepage, not in footer

I feel like I’m missing an obvious answer here, but I can’t figure out how to get the carousel to appear on the homepage under the slider. This is the way that it set up in the Albar demo on the Kaira website, so I’m assuming it can be done.

The only way I can see to use the carousel is to add the widget to the footer. But then it appears on every page, not just the homepage.

I just want it on the homepage. In the main section. Not the footer.
