    Did you change the permalink to the main events page? If so you would need to update the Facebook Events Page permalink in your pages to match the setting in the backed.

    Are you saying you lost the files you purchased and need new ones sent to you?

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
