Theme Help-Link To Page INcluded-Please Help

Ok, hope I am not spamming, but went back to edit my original post, says its not there, but I can see it up until I hit edit button, wierd.

Anyway here goes….I put in a custom banner, to fit size of default banner area for the default template, size of 192×740…made sure all the css for the header and area match those settings, but cant seem to get rid of the white space no matter what I do.

Any ideas? Let me know if I need to post the style.css file or the header.php file…thanks

New to wordpress so Im sure im over looking something here.
