"Notice: Trying to get property of non-object" and other errors

If you access /wp-admin/ with no login and with WP_DEBUG=true you get these errors generated by Relevanssi:

Notice: is_search was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.) in /home/tours/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3622

If Relevanssi is de-activated the errors go away.

I’m getting the error:
Warning: Attempt to assign property of non-object in xxx/wp-content/plugins/relevanssi-premium/lib/search.php on line 1169
with the pro version.
How do I fix this?

Also, you’re using Premium, so the best place to get support is https://www.relevanssi.com/support/
