  • ability registered user to change the way he wants the wordpress to look for him. He does not like the links section, so he can turn it off, move login section top left, etc. etc. Somethink like module customisation. What do you think about such feature?

  • hum… it would be a good feature for a multi-users blog, but my opinion (2¢) is that if you permit to users to change the look and feel of your own blog, this one will not be your blog anymore, but the one of anybody…
the design you apply on your blog is the way you feel it, your identify… if anybody can change it to their own feels, it’s like you would not have any feeling at all yourself..
let the users feel your site, not the opposite…

This gets into advanced template management…
Before we allow users to ‘pick modules’, I’d want to see bloggers be able to do it themselves (i.e., have things in modules, direct their layout).
    Baby steps… 😉
BTW, I’ve gotten to the point that I’m creating dynamic enough page layouts that I’m no longer sure just basic ‘module layout’ stuff would work for me — though for the greater WP community, I still think it’d be a great feature.
