Wishlist and more

Hi,

I have been struggling we more crm solutions and now I decided to go with WP-CRM. However I want to add a few new features…

I don’t want to waste my time and therefore I post my ideas here. In case someone have already been making such I would love to inherit it(-: Or do you want to contribute in making it?

Before I start I would like to point out two small bugs/questions!?

1. I added a date field to the All People List. I would like it to be date/time.
– a. The date/time is supposed to control when to take action. A customer ask me to call in 30 minutes… Any suggestions.

2. In the message section you can click “Show Options” and a date/time picker pops up. Just what I need in 1).
– a.When I pick a date/time the entry appear on top. Its very nice but the time is not showed. That’s why I wrote “bug” above.
– b. Allowing me to add both date and time will make it possible to when to call. (Date time should also be updated in list of All People too).
– c. A Message can be deleted! Why not edited?

Also in the Message section I want to add some features.
3. I want to be able to send an email to the customers. (In case of individual changes I would like to see the mail in Gmail before I click send…)
– a.I want to be able to pick between predefined subjects and bodies.
– b. Also I want to be able to attach files which I want to select one by one. I imagine files available in a predefined directory should be selectable one by one.

4. Last but not least I would like to be able to add an entry in my goggle calendar.
– a. This means that we need to be able to choose if its a meeting we are creating.

Question:
– Why cant all column be sorted?
– Can Skype Click-to-Call app be used from “All People list” and “Edit People”?

I hope you find my issues interesting and I think this could be a good ides for next release. However this might take a long time and I was thinking if some readers of this are willing to help to make this add on… We can give to WP-CRM as a little contribution.
