Bounces mailbox is not being checked

    Hello, this is an issue I’m having in a premium Mailpoet customer’s website. The bounce mailbox is not being automatically checked. Yet its login information is correct, and it is set to be done every 15 minutes, and manual check-ins are processing and deleted bounced messages correctly.

    Is there any way I can test if MailPoet is indeed logging in to the mailbox?

    Is there any command I can set as system cronjob to force check for bounces?

    May it be due to the website having few to none visits at all and thus not triggering some WP cron events?
