• Hello

I’m working on a site using the D5 Creation theme Innovation (view the demo at http://demo.d5creation.com/themes/?theme=Innovation).

If you scroll down to A FEW FROM OUR PORTFOLIO, you’ll (hopefully) see that, when you mouse over one of the boxes, a link will rise from the bottom of the image. This works fine on my computer (a Windows 7 machine) but not on my boss’s computer (a Windows 10 machine). We are both using the Chrome browser.

Is it that we are using different versions of Windows or something else?

    Many thanks

  • That is strange. I just took a look (running Windows 10) and it doesn’t work in Chrome. However, it does work in Edge and IE. What version of Chrome are you running? I’m running: Version 46.0.2490.80 m (64-bit)

Stranger and stranger. Tried it on a different Windows 10 machine with same Chrome version as you and it worked fine. Tried again on boss’s computer and still doesn’t work.

@northfool71: Sorry, you’re using a premium/paid theme. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme.
