Overwrite rules?

    You can add CSS with a Custom CSS plugin.
    Make your rules more specific then the ones from your theme, and use font-sizes in percentages or in em/rem.

    It is not directly built into this plugin, because that would be a wrong approach.

    What you can also do is contact the developer of your theme, and see if he is prepared to make an update that uses font-sizes correctly.
