I have been charged for a subscription that I never purchased for the Pro version. How do I get this money refunded? You don’t answer your emails or messages via contact form?

I’m sorry but these forums do not support commercial products. Only the free plugins downloaded from http://wordpress.org/plugins/. Please contact the plugin’s vendor directly with any questions about commercial products.

The plugin author does not respond.

And if he is not going to support a paid product, do you think he will support the free version? Judging by the number of unanswered support requests I would suggest not…

I am sorry that you are having problems with this subscription and I do appreciate how frustrating this must be for you but there is absolutely nothing we can do to help you here.

Call your credit card company to reverse the charge and then proceed to get a new card #
