Turn Hiragana to Roomaji for Titles?

Ok, I awnt to use japanese for my blog along with the post titles, but then I won’t be able to link to the post properly because there is hiragana (japanese cahracters) in the title. Is there a way to have wordpress turn those hiragana into roomaji for the url portion?

Or is tehre an better way or alternative method?
