Hi,

I’m struggling to upload and convert my pdf. I get 500 Internal error when I upload and select “Check this if you want to import or re-import PDF file” and publish it. Is there’s any PDF preset I should use since I’m using Corel draw?

If the issue still exists for you and if this is possible, I’ll need error_log from your server and probably wordpress/ftp accesses to debug this issue.
