my wordpress site is VERY slow

I have created a wordpress backend for a record label. http://www.immunerecordings.net

The site is using minimal plugins, and the pages take a LONG time to load. I am positive that it is not my host. I have other sites running on the host that are very fast, including one that has a wordpress backend.

I used firebug to try to get a handle on what is causing the pages to load so slowly but I haven’t come to any definite conclusions. I’m aware of one problem with the site, which is the links on the flash menu are, for example, http://www.immunerecordings.net/artist instead of http://www.immunerecordings.net/artists/. I believe this is causing some mild slowing. However, accessing the pages just by entering the urls is equally slow.

Does anyone have any advice? I may have to switch to drupal if this keeps up.
