An issue

Why am I getting the following message ??
Job “First Backup On New Hosting Site 10/29/15” has started, but not responded for 10 seconds.

For some reason BackWPup isn’t starting yet I can download the sql file, it just isn’t working when I try backing up the whole site.

Any suggestions or comments
