    Please check out that you have not disabled the submission option checking No in Save to Database option.

    It is checked yes. I’ve received multiple submissions, but like one out of every 6 or 7 isn”t working, either the submission doesn’t save on on the admin end, or the user, for some reason, can’t upload an excel file.

    I am having a couple of issues. The file upload feature is not working. Sometimes the file is attached to the email and sometimes it is not.

    Another issue is that it is not collecting all the data in the submissions database in the wordpress site server.

    Frustrated.

    I also cannot get the email address of the person submitting the form to show up.
