No Additional Shipping or Shipping Add-ons found

    In going through the 101 Video Series, it shows where I can add Priority Shipping rates and also change the shipping rates based on number of items bought. However, in my version of WooCommerce, those options are not available.

    I want to offer Priority shipping in addition to standard shipping. I also want to be able to change the shipping costs if someone, for example, orders 3 T-shirts instead of 1.the shipping costs needs to change.

    Could someone please let me know why the options shown in the 101 video do not appear on my WooCommerce?
