    Hi,

    You can set the display format of search results on the settings page of your Google CSE account, here: https://cse.google.com.
    Please go to the “Edit Search Engine / Look and feel” menu, and set the layout as you would like (e.g. to “Full width”).

    You can find more details in Google documentation.
