You probably need to either a) change the default target in the plugin settings, or b) simply add the target attribute to the shortcode.

What exactly are you wanting to print on the page?

If you look on the page, I have 4 forms that need to be printed when a patient goes to that page.

What would be the target attribute that I would add to the shortcode?

    Thanks for your help!

you just want to print out the thumbnails, or the actual forms?
Will the forms be images, or will they be actual online forms?

    Hi,
The patient would print out the actual form, not a thumbnail.
Then they bring the printed form with them when they arrive at our office. It will not be an online form.

Can this be done, or should I use a different plug-in?

    Lori,

There is a feature that is offered in the pro version, Print-Pro-Matic , that allows you to target an external URL. This way you you would just need to use the url attribute like so:

    [print-me url="http://example.com/url_to_the_first_image.jpg"/]

Using the free version, assuming the forms are images (not pdf’s), you might be able to accomplish this by placing the full size images of each form on the page and assign them all a unique ID.

Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

    Hi,
I purchased Print-Pro-Matic and am using the following short code:

    [print-me url=”http://eyehealthphysicians.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/eyehealthgeneralform.jpg/%5D

When I click onto the printer icon, I get a preview box and it says:
“about: blank” and there is no preview.

When I print anyway, the form does not print.

These forms are images in the .jpg format
