I, too, have been looking for exactly this. Perhaps it was hard to find due to the name! I used another of this author’s plugins, and stumbled on this one in the process. Intrigued by the name, I checked it out, and I’m so happy I did!!

While I do agree that it would help if it were “multisite friendly” it’s definitely not a deal breaker. If you’re a multisite user, you pretty much need to understand your own database and how it works, and if you don’t, you should not be using a plugin like this anyway. So who cares if it sees all the tables from other sites? To me it’s SO worth it to have a plugin that can tell if something is garbage or not, whether the plugin is in use or not, etc.

Of course, you can’t go deleting things willy-nilly and hoping a plugin will have your back. But if you want one that gives great insight into what’s going on with your database, and you have the smarts to figure out what you should and should not delete (and make a backup before you do!) then this one is AWESOME!!!! and does exactly what it is advertised to do.
