HELP! My website crashed, nothing left ;(

please advise..
my website http://www.drlauriend.com is down. my hosting ipower site cannot help and they suggested that i reach out to you since i used your wordpress theme for my website itself. there were malicious files that i had to go in and manually remove with assistance, and ever since then, my website has crashed. apparently nothing can be resolved and i’m left with nothing!
PLEASE HELP. not sure what to do…
