• I found this gallery and started to think it would be a great replacement for the plugin I need to replace— except then I noticed that the two are created by the same developers. That’s too bad. I am a pro user of their Easy Media Gallery and have found that their support is nonexistent. As of today it has been five days since I notified them that their gallery had self-destructed on my website and is causing me to lose business. An auto-reply doesn’t get the job done.

    If Pro doesn’t get support, then I wish those with issues with a free version luck.

    To be clear, this particular plugin may be fine, but I think good support, especially with a gallery, is very important. It is also a concern that they ask for FTP logins as well as those for the site.
