Lost all reviews on update

I lost all of my reviews on the update. I wouldn’t trust this plugin unless you love to keep constant backups of your site.

I’m sorry you had trouble with the upgrade. If reviews did not import from 2.x, the plugin was not enabled on any pages in 2.x, so the upgrade script didn’t have a list of anything to import into the new version. In this case, the plugin wasn’t being used properly in the previous installation.

It was configured correctly. I rolled back to the old plugin and it works fine now thanks!
I was able roll back to 2.x and get the reviews back, but I can’t upgrade to 3.x without losing the reviews. I’ve tried it several times. Pages are Enabled when I upgrade. Are there detailed instructions on how to do this?
I want to make sure I have the latest version as many of my clients perform their own updates.
All should be fixed in 3.0.2 – putting the final touches on it now 🙂
Oh that’s good news. I have this plugin on over 100 client sites and we all love it. Is there a paid version in the works?
