How to deactivate a show

    Probably a really simple one but I must be missing it.

    How do I deactivate or archive a show? I don’t want to delete it, I still want to be able to see the sales etc, I just don’t want it appearing in the sales summary emails.

    I’ve deactivated the show concerned but it still appears in the summary!

    Thank you for your query.

    The plugin currently generates summary emails from all valid Shows / Performances, and you’re right it should take the “State” of them into account (but doesn’t).

    I’ve made the necessary changes to do this, and these will be included in my next release (this missed 5.3.7 so it may be a day or two before it is added).
