• Hi

I am using the WP User Avatar plug-in for user profile pages

currently the images upload to the media library – it is getting quite irritating to the editor as they do not need any of these images (they are managed by the users themselves)

is there a way the category I created in MCM called “User Profile Pics” can be hidden from the main media library?

    Hai Smarta,

    Thanks for using my plugin.

At the moment, there is not option to exclude a category.
However, I can see the iritation in your situation.
What might help is to define a new category, e.g. “No Profile Pics” and (bulk) assign this to all media that are not in the “User Profile Pics” category.
After you have done this, you can filter on this new category which should have the desired effect.

    Hope this helps.
