a simple staigt forward templete

can anyone recommend a simple templete. all I want is to put a background picture in that takes up whole page , a banner with may site name and tag line with a font of my choice, a strip menu under that and then my text. I know it sounds very simple but that’s what I want.

while this is basicly what I want I cannot edit the banner with site name (change size font ect) or the tage line
