Dashboard Frozen

    I’ve just noticed this from yesterday, it was working last week fine, but now I cannot open most things and the Screen Options and Help tabs do not work.

    I use W3TC and I’ve just emptied those but still most things do not work.

    What does work is the ‘At A Glance’ panel, I can click on the posts’ pages, etc. The links work on everything as far as I can tell.

    But I cannot move panels nor open or close them.

    Please help.

    What browser are you using? Sometimes a browser can cause funny this to happen to the dashboard. Also have you tried deactivating all of your plugins?

    I’ve tried it on FF and Chrome.

    I deleted history etc, but to no avail.

    I have not tried deactivating the plugins yet, that is my next job.

    same problem here. I can go to home page. but nothing else seems to happen. the Screen Options and Help tabs do not work. Dashboard is dead. I recieve a strange message …….

    what this message mean?

    It means that there is an error with the plugin PDF Light Viewer.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required).
