The feature mentioned in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/user-role-4 about a year ago is exactly the workflow capability that would make life so much easier for the ‘Editors’. The entire situation and solution described is inline with what we need as well.

Is there anything we can do to assist in delivering the solution as described?
