• Hello to everyone,
    I can’t access my selfhosted website, every time I try to do the log in these words appear to me

    ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

    I try to do the log in and I can’t access. I tried to change the password with e-mail and it didn’t work (the link drove me to a blank page), I tried to change the password with cPanel and it didn’t work, I tried to change browser, to change computer, to restart each browser and to clean the cookie-list and nothing happened, I have been stucked for a month and this is frustrating, please give me a hand.

  • Check your server logs. What do the error messages in your log files tell you?

    Some trouble shooting steps you might try..

    A) Temporarily disable all of your plugins by using your ftp client to rename the plugins folder. Example: Rename /wp-content/plugins – to – /wp-content/plugins.old

    See if the error goes away. If yes, log in, fix the plugins directory (change the name back) and re-activate your plugins one my one until you find the problem. If no;

    B) Use your ftp client to temporarily rename ONLY the directory for your current, active theme. If your theme is causing the problem, that should let you log back in at yoursite.com/wp-admin using the default WordPress theme.
