Unable to get this to work / find the documentaton

    Hi,

    I have installed this and have got it set up how I would like with 6 different levels based on weight, all of which are enabled. It is the only shipping option active. However although I understand how to create the different rates, I cannot see how to link this to the products.

    I have watched the video and this part is not explained, so currently there is no shipping applied to any products.

    I just want to apply all of them to all of the products so that it works out the total weight of the cart and applies whichever price is correct?

    Pretty new so apologies if this is really basic!

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    I have added the item weight. But I cannot see how I add the shipping options I created to the products. I dont have any ‘Shipping classes’ and when i create a shipping class I cant see how I add the options created in the plugin to the shipping class to add to the product?

    That does not work that way. You don’t need to link rules to products. Instead you define rules on the plugin settings page, with conditions such as total order weight (Min/Max Weight fields) or order subtotal (Min/Max Subtotal fields) which activate certain rules. Does that make sense?
