Is there a way to make the entire rows clickable?

I’m currently testing this plugin and may well purchase it for a project, but is there a way to make the entire row for each menu item clickable as opposed to just the small span to the right of each item? It’s such a small area to click on a smartphone and I’d like to be able to click the whole row, am I missing something? Thanks!
