Hello there, my friend,
Thank you for sharing your website with us. When I try to debug some of your images like this http://sonorastudios.mx/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/11960239_1641855586100541_2286574383959880863_n.jpg?debug=true it seems that your cache folder is not writeable. Is this true? Can you check it out?
Also, can you give me the result of the “Print debug” and “Print diagnostics” buttons in the plugin settings page?
Cheers,
Takis
Hello Takis,
I just installed your plugin and did not notice a change on my mobile device.
My url is http://www.robbiesingh.com
Can you please give me some suggestions?
Thank You,
Robbie
Hi
All my images are really small and show differently when published. This didn’t used to happen.
Thanks!

Hello, @robbie,
Well, at first glance the plugin seems to be working alright. You can check it out for example like this http://www.robbiesingh.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/nycares.jpg?debug=true or like this http://www.robbiesingh.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/nycares.jpg?resolution=320,1 to make sure.
You have probably set the “Landscape” and/or the “HiDPI” options in the plugin settings which causes the plugin to try and provide bigger images of better quality. Is this your case?
However, right now it seems that your website does not load properly. I try to open the home and I only see a loader spinning. Some Javascript errors also appear in the console.
Cheers,
Takis
Hello, @linzi,
It seems that the plugin is not activated in your website, so I cannot debug it? Sorry about that! 🙁 Do you think you could enable it for me and/or provide me with some debugging information?
Cheers,
Takis
Hi @nevma
I shall look to activate it. Sorry, I’m really new to this. Is it just a case of activating everything that i have alert for? or is it a widget?
Thank you!
Hi @nevma
The images are now larger, however the layout is still different when published!
Any advice welcome 🙂
Hello, @linzi,
Is this http://www.10stepstojoy.co.uk/ your website? I am checking it but it still seems that the plugin is not activated! You need to have the plugin activated so that I can debug it. Can you do this for me?
Cheers,
Takis
@nevma
Thank you – im unsure which plugin i need to activate! sorry – new to this!
thanks
Well, you are writing in the support forum of the Adaptive Images plugin, so I kind of took it for granted that you were aware of that! Are you sure this is what you are looking for?
@nevma
I have now installed it 🙂
I;m still having the same problem of the posts being formatted differently when published.
Thanks
Hello, @linzi,
Could you provide me with the output of the Print debug and Print diagnostics buttons in the plugin settings page, please?
Cheers,
Takis
